What size should I get?

All of our apparel is unisex and fits true to size but it is recommended to size up one for a baggier fit, there can also be slight shrinking after a wash.

 

When will my order be shipped?

As we do not hold much inventory and only fulfil our orders once they have been confirmed in order to reduce as much waste as possible, your order will be shipped anywhere between 1-14 days after your order has been placed.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, we are based in the UK so please refer to our shipping policy to see how long shipping to your country will take. Also, please remember that you may be required to pay additional customs or duty fees depending on what country you are ordering to. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are final but can usually be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed as long as you contact hi@shopsadiedaisy.com stating your full name and order number.

 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email hi@shopsadiedaisy.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and state your full name and order number. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order 30 minutes after the order has been confirmed.

 

If your package has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request to change an order. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a faulty item, in which case you must email hi@shopsadiedaisy.com and state your full name, order number and attach any relevant photos.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

If you receive a wrong order, please email hi@shopsadiedaisy.com stating your full name, order number and email address and include a message with what is wrong. We will be back in contact within 24 – 48 hours.

 

Do you make your own designs?

Some designs are my own but I get a lot of influence and use SVGSociety artwork as well.

How do I contact you?
