Processing Time

The time needed to fulfil an order varies from 1-14 business days. We are a ‘minimal waste’ business and do not over order stock.

 

Each item is printed or finished by hand which accounts for the processing time.

 

Estimated Shipping Time

All shipping is sent through The Royal Mail.

 

U.K deliveries are between 1-5 days depending on which shipping is purchased.

 

Rest of the world can expect between 7-14 days but usually quicker.

 

Item Differences

All colours on items seen on a screen may be different from the physical products received. This is not a cause for a refund. Please be aware that different settings on each device can contribute to these differences such as screen brightness. 

 

As each item is printed and/or finished by hand, please allow for some minor differences in placement.

Shipping FAQ

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

 

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact The Royal Mail with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

 

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hi@shopsadiedaisy.com and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email hi@shopsadiedaisy.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
